  4. Build
    Framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, doors, trim, paint, and flooring. Clean site, daily updates.

  5. Final walk-through
    Punch list, documentation, and a written 2-year labour warranty.

  • Finished rec room, 500 to 700 sq ft: from 25k to 40k

  • Full basement, 800 to 1,000 sq ft with bath: from 45k to 80k
